September month addition to Poshan is Besan Face Cleansing mask

What you need?

You need:

  • Besan (gram/chickpea flour)
  • Haldi (turmeric powder)
  • Dahi (curd/yogurt)
  • Lime
  • Honey

 To do: Add 2tsp of gram flour + 1tsp turmeric + 1tsp of yogurt in a bowl. Add few drops of lemon juice and honey to it and mix it well.

 How to apply: Apply the fine mix on your face, leave it on till it dries. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
