We currently ship to anywhere within the UK and Northern Ireland. We don’t deliver in British overseas territories.

Your Order will be shipped via Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail, and should take 3 to 4 business days to reach you.

We don’t charge you for delivery. Delivery is on us.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll notify you by email and send your tracking link. You can also track your order via the ‘View Your Order’ page.

We have a 7 day return policy. The product should be in similar condition to how it was delivered. Refunds will be processed after we verify the product condition.

Our mats use cork and vulcanized natural rubber, both of which are not only sustainable but also biodegradable. The cork is harvested every 10-15 years from the bark of a living Cork Oak tree, and is naturally replaced by a new bark. The process of extraction has a low carbon footprint, because the trees are never cut down to harvest the cork.

The mat is built to last a long time, and here are some practices you can follow to keep it is the best shape:

- Always use the mat barefooted, and ensure that your hands and feet are clean before coming in contact with it. 

- Once a month, or as per the requirement of your usage, wipe the mat down with a wet towel. Additionally, you can spritz it with white vinegar or lemon to help remove oil stains and dirt. Leave it out to dry before rolling it again.

- Always roll the mat with the cork side facing out.

- In case you notice discolouration on the mat, please note that as with all natural products, a change of colour is natural over time.
