Our coconut shell candles are designed to give natural materials a second life. When your candle is finished, you can return the empty coconut shell bowl to us and receive a discount on your next order.
How it works
1. Enjoy your candle
Burn your coconut shell candle as normal.
2. Clean the empty shell
Once finished, remove any loose wax and the wick holder. A quick wipe is enough.
3. Send it back to us
Post the empty coconut shell bowl back to our return address. You can return 1, 2, or 3 shells together.
4. Receive your discount
Once we receive your returned shell, we’ll email you a discount code for your next order.

Returned coconut shells may be cleaned, reused, repurposed, or responsibly recycled depending on their condition.
Our aim is to reduce waste and give natural materials a longer life.
Terms
- The return program applies to Kedgeree Design coconut shell candle bowls only.
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
- Discount codes are issued after we receive the returned shell or shells.
- One discount code will be issued per return parcel.
- Discount codes are valid for 60 days.
- Discount codes can be used on full-priced products only.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Damaged or unsuitable shells may not qualify for a reward.
- Minimum order values apply.
