Becca discovered yoga as a remedy for anxiety, finding solace in the mind-body connection. She pursued 400 hours' teacher training and completed a Masters Degree in the History of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS to delve into the origins and evolution of yoga. Becca teaches various styles of yoga, prioritising grounding techniques to counteract the hectic nature of city life.
